View Account Summary for Billing Accounts

The Billing Account Summary displays a high level overview of the charges to a Billing Account and a summary of each wireless number  contribution to the Billing Account total.  This summary provides access to details about Billing Account charges and details about wireless number charges.

From the Billing Account Summary page you can navigate to various detail pages that elaborate on the high-level summary provided on this page.  The detail pages will display the charges applied to the Billing Account.  This includes:

§         Full Billing Account Invoice

§         Credits, Adjustments and Other Charges detail

§         Taxes and Government Fees detail

§         Service Charges detail

§         Usage Charges detail

§         Non-Communication Charges detail

§         Billing Account (NBI) Pooling detail

§         Group Plan detail

§         Equipment Purchases detail

§         Shared Upgrade detail

In addition, you can access detail for each wireless number on the Billing Account by selecting that number from the Account Detail table at the bottom of the page.

View Billing Account Summary is available for the following user roles:

§         Company Administrator

§         Billing Account Manager

 

View a Billing Account Summary for Company Administrators with a Foundation Account in context

1.      From Menu Options, under Billing, click View BAN Invoice Summary.  The Foundation Account Summary for the currently selected Foundation Account appears.

2.      Select the Foundation Account assigned to the Billing Account that you want.  See Select Foundation Accounts.

3.      Select the Billing Period that you want.  See Select Billing Periods and Change Dates.

4.      In the Account Detail table, locate the Billing Account and then click either the Billing Account Number or the Total Amount Due.  The Billing Account Summary page for that Billing Account will appear.  The Billing Period will default to the period in context on the previous Foundation Account Summary page.

5.      Select the Billing Period you want for the Billing Account.  A more recent Billing Period may be available that has not yet been included in a Foundation Account cycle.  See Select Billing Periods and Change Dates.

 

View a Billing Account Summary for Billing Account Managers or for Company Administrators with a Billing Account in context

1.      From Menu Options, under Billing, click View BAN Invoice Summary.  The Billing Account Summary for the currently selected Billing Account appears.

2.      Select the Billing Account you want.  See Select Billing Accounts.

3.      Select the Billing Period you want.  See Select Billing Periods and Change Dates.

 

View a Billing Account Summary for Billing Account Managers or for Company Administrators with a Wireless Number in context

1.      From the Account Context Indicators under the blue bar, click Billing Account Number.  The eBill homepage will refresh with the Billing Account level in context.  See Use the Account Context Indicators.

2.      From Menu Options , under Billing, click View BAN Invoice Summary.  The Billing Account Summary for the currently selected Billing Account appears.

3.      Select the Billing Account that you want.  See Select Billing Accounts.

4.      Select the Billing Period that you want.  See Select Billing Periods and Change Dates.
