View Subscriber Mobile Purchases & Downloads Details

AT&T Mobile Purchases and Downloads represent any proprietary content offered by AT&T or an off-portal provider that may be downloaded to a wireless device and charged to the monthly bill for eligible subscriptions.  Examples include ringtones, games, tools, and graphics.  All of these purchases are charged on the invoice in the Mobile Purchases & Downloads section of the Subscriber Summary for each wireless number.

On portal charges are purchases made from the MEdiaTM Net Home Deck or ATT.com. Off-portal charges are from non-AT&T content providers who have agreements with AT&T to invoice through AT&T billing systems. Off-portal content providers typically advertise on TV, magazines, and online. Content can include, but is not limited to daily horoscopes, date chat, jokes, ringtones, and games. Interactive TV is also considered off portal.

Not all Corporate Responsibility Users are eligible for AT&T Mobile Purchases and Downloads.  Certain devices, such as the Apple iPhone, do not provide MEdia Net access.  Additionally, companies may restrict access to this service for their Corporate Responsibility Users.

The Mobile Purchases and Downloads charge details are available from a link on the Subscriber Usage Summary page.  The link appears within the Usage Summary table, even if there are no charges for a particular Billing Period.  Click this link to view the Mobile Purchases and Downloads page.
