View Subscriber Usage Summary
For each Corporate Responsibility User wireless number , you can use eBill to view the voice and data usage charged to a given billing period. The usage summary for a particular wireless number will differ depending on the rate plan and features available. The subscriber usage summary includes:
§ The rate plan and features associated with the subscriber for the selected billing period
§ The usage types available based on the rate plan and features
§ The number of included minutes for each usage type
§ The number of used minutes for each usage type
§ The number of overage minutes (usage beyond what is included in the rate plan and features)
§ Any charge for usage
§ Both voice and data usage
§ Mobile Purchases and Downloads
In the event the Billing Account participates in CLIN (Contract Line Item Number ) Billing you'll see a CLIN near each charge in this section of the invoice.
View Subscriber Usage Summary is available for all user roles.
View the Subscriber Usage Summary
1. From the Subscriber Summary page, in the Subscriber Total section, click View Usage Summary/Details. The Usage Summary page appears.
For Company Administrators and Billing Account Managers, you can also access the Subscriber Usage Summary page. To do so, click View Details in the Wireless Detail section of the Billing Account Usage Charges Summary. See View Usage Charges For Billing Accounts.
2. Select the Billing Period that you want. See Select Billing Periods and Changing Dates.
