View Subscriber Free Package Minutes Details
Free Package Minutes is an offer where a wireless number is allotted a number of free “Anytime Minutes.” If unused, these minutes will carry over to subsequent billing periods, up to a pre-designated expiration date.
If subscribers do not have a free package eligible price plan or feature, the Subscriber Usage Summary page will still contain a link to the Subscriber Free Package Minutes Details page, but no data displays on the page.

§ Package Expiration Date
View Subscriber Free Package Minutes Details is available for all user roles.
View Subscriber Free Package Minutes Details
1. Onthe Subscriber Usage Summary page, in the Usage Summary section under Voice, click any listed usage feature that has free package minutes. The Subscriber Free Package Minutes page is displayed.
2. Select the Billing Period that you want. See Select Billing Periods and Change Dates.
