View Subscriber Voice Usage Details
For each wireless number , you can use eBill to view the voice usage for a specific billing period. The voice usage details will display all the voice call records for the given billing period. For each call, eBill will include:
§ Date and time of the call
§ Number called
§ Minutes charged (length of call)
§ The feature and rate period charged
§ Any charges associated with the call
There are separate pages to display Long Distance and Roaming usage.
When you view billed usage details, you can sort the feature column to group all of the same type of usage together (i.e. Push-to-Talk , Anytime Minutes, Mobile to Mobile, etc.). See Sort Tables.
View Subscriber Voice Usage Details is available for all user roles.

1. On the Subscriber Usage Summary page, in the Usage Summary section, click the Details link next to Voice.
2. Select the Billing Period that you want. See Select Billing Periods and Changing Dates.
