View Subscriber Rollover® Details

Rollover  Minutes® are unused, accumulated, Anytime Minutes that carry over from month to month for up to 12 billing periods. Rollover Minutes® are available only on select calling plans.  On each bill, wireless numbers with eligible plans will have their Rollover® balance adjusted either up or down based on the amount of usage they incurred that period.

If subscribers do not have a Rollover® eligible price plan or feature, the Subscriber Usage Summary page will not contain a link to the Subscriber Rollover  Details page.

The details for Subscriber Rollover®  include:

§         Previous Rollover® balance

§         Rollover®  Minutes used during the selected billing period

§         Unused minutes added to Rollover® balance from the selected billing period

§         Rollover®  Minutes expired during the selected billing period

§         Rollover®  Minutes adjusted during the selected billing period

§         Current Rollover® balance at the end of the selected billing period

For Billing and Reporting Foundation Accounts there is also a Bill Analysis report that provides details about Rollover® (Rollover® – Voice Only).  See View Other Reports.

View Subscriber Rollover®  Details is available for all user roles.

 

View Subscriber Rollover®  Details

1.      On the Subscriber Usage Summary page, in the Usage Summary section under Voice, click any listed usage feature that includes Rollover Minutes®.  The Subscriber Rollover  Details page appears.

    If no Rollover® features appear under Voice, the wireless number does not have Rollover® and the Subscriber Rollover  Details page is not available.

2.      Select the Billing Period that you want.  See Select Billing Periods and Change Dates.
