View Taxes and Government Fees Summary for Billing Accounts

For each Billing Account, you can use eBill to see specific types of charges incurred during a given billing period.  Taxes and Government Fees include details regarding:

§         Federal, State, County, Local Taxes, and E911 Fee

§         Taxes for specific charges and Mobile Purchases and Downloads charges

§         Regulatory Cost Recovery Fees

The Taxes and Government Fees Summary includes a breakdown of charges to the Billing Account level, and charges made to individual wireless numbers.  For most values, you can click on the number to view a more detailed breakdown of the charges under that category.  In addition, a link is available to view the full Billing Account invoice.

View Taxes and Government Fees Summary for Billing Accounts is available for the following user roles:

§         Company Administrator

§         Billing Account Manager

1.      From the Billing Account Summary page, in the Account Level Charges section click the amount under the column Taxes and Govt. Fees (the number is a link to a breakdown of the included charges and credits).  The Taxes and Government Fees Summary appears.
