View Usage Charges for Billing Accounts
For each Billing Account, you can use eBill to see specific types of charges incurred during a given billing period. Usage Charges include details regarding:
§ Voice Usage (including Long Distance , Roaming , Overage, Directory Assistance, etc.)
§ Data Usage (including Roaming , Messaging, IP, GPRS, EDGE/3G, etc.)
§ The Usage Charges Summary includes a breakdown of charges to the Billing Account level, and charges made to individual wireless numbers. For most values, you can click the number to view a more detailed breakdown of the charges under that category. In addition, a link is available to view the full Billing Account invoice.
If applicable, this page will also present links to view details about Group Plans (such as Family Talk, Business Talk, and Business Shared plans), Billing Account (NBI) Pooling, and Co-Pay . Also, each wireless number will have a View Details button, which will present the usage summary for that Wireless Number

1. From the Billing Account Summary page, in the Account Level Charges section click the amount under Usage Charges (the number is a link to a breakdown of the included charges and credits). The Usage Charges Summary page appears.
