About Administrators

 

The AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal has three types of administrators: Enterprise Administrators, Department Administrators, and Group Administrators.

 

Enterprise Administrators

Enterprise Administrators can manage many aspects of their enterprises, including:

  • Users
  • Groups
  • Administrators
  • Trunk call routing
  • Group trunk groups
  • Contacts
  • Schedules
  • Account codes
  • Authorization codes
  • Dial restrictions
  • Reports

In addition to carrying out their management tasks, Enterprise Administrators may be contacted by users in their enterprise for assistance with the Customer Portal.

 

Group Administrators

Group Administrators can manage only aspects of the group they're responsible for. Like Enterprise Administrators, Group Administrators may be contacted by users for assistance with the Customer Portal.

 

Department Administrators

Department Administrators can manage only aspects of the department they're responsible for. Like Enterprise Administrators and Group Administrators, Department Administrators may be contacted by users for assistance with the Customer Portal.
