Delete a Report


As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can download and delete reports you've generated.

 

Download a Report

 

If your enterprise has less than 200 groups or 1,000 phone numbers, a report remains available for 2 days.

 

If your enterprise has more than 200 groups or 1,000 phone numbers, a report remains available for 35 days.

 

To download a report

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click REPORTS. The Enterprise Reports view of the Reports page appears.
    • Pending Reports shows a list of any reports that you've created that aren't yet fully compiled. To view completed reports, check the Enterprise Reports tab later.
    • Completed Reports shows a list of your completed reports that you can view and download.
  2. Under Actions, click the Download icon The Download icon.. A File Download window opens.
  3. Click Save. The report is saved to your default directory, or you can specify a different location.

Delete a Report

 

You can delete a completed report.

 

To delete a report

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click REPORTS. The Enterprise Reports view of the Reports page appears.
  2. Under Completed Reports, find the report you want to delete.
  3. Under Actions, click the Delete icon The Delete icon. next to the report you want to delete.
  4. A Confirm Delete window opens. Click Yes, Delete. The page refreshes, and a message confirms that your report is deleted.
