Download the Group Users List

 

As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can download a list of a specific group's users.

 

To download a group's user list

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group immediately below. The Group List page appears.
  2. Search or browse for the group you want, and then click the group name. The Group Details page for that group appears.
  3. Click the Group Users tab. The Group Users view of the Group Details page appears.
  4. Below the Search button, click Download Group Users List. A File Download window opens.
  5. Click Save. The file, which contains the names and ID numbers of all users in the group, is downloaded to your default download directory, or you can select a different location.

You can also download a list of all the group IDs and names in your enterprise.
