Create an Authorization Code Summary Report

 

An Authorization Code Summary Report provides a list of authorization codes, plus gives the total number of hours, minutes, and seconds for calls that used each authorization code during the specified report period and for other input filters you set.

 

To create an Authorization Code Summary Report

  1. From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click REPORTS in the main menu bar. (See Create a New Report.) The Enterprise Reports view of the Reports page appears.
  2. Click New Reports. The New Reports view of the Reports page appears.
  3. Click Authorization Code Summary Report. The Authorization Code Summary Report page appears.
  4. To the right of Summary Period, select a date or date range and a time zone.
    • You can enter a single date in the left date field, or enter a date range in the two date fields. The date range can't exceed 35 days.

      Enter the dates in MM/DD/YYYY format or select dates using the Calendar icons The Calendar icon..

       

       

      Note: You must enter a date in the left date field. The date field to the right is optional.

       

    • From the dropdown list to the right of the date fields, select a time zone.
  5. To the right of Authorization Codes, select All Authorization Codes, or select Single Authorization Code and enter a single authorization code in the field provided.
  6. To the right of Calls made using authorization codes by, select All users within the enterprise, or Users in specific group(s).
    • If you selected Users in specific group(s), click Find Group(s) to select groups. The Find Group window opens.
    • To select the groups you want to generate an Authorization Code Summary report for, check the boxes to the right of the group names.
    • To find specific groups, use the Search tool.
    • To select all groups on the current page, check Select Current Page. To select groups from all pages, check Select All Pages.
    • When you're finished selecting groups, click Done.
  7. If you want summarized data, select the checkbox to the left of Include a summarized Authorization Code usage across groups.
  8. Click Generate Report. After the report is created, you can access it in the Enterprise Reports view of the Reports page.
    • If your enterprise contains fewer than 200 groups or 1,000 phone numbers, the report is available for 2 days.
    • If your enterprise contains more than 200 groups or 1,000 phone numbers, the report is available for 35 days.
    • To save the report as a CSV file, click Download Report (CSV). In the dialog box that appears, click Save, and then save the file to a folder on your computer.
