Create a Group Trunk Group Inventory Report

 

A Group Trunk Group Inventory report provides details about one or more group trunk groups, including:

  • Group trunk group name.
  • Associated group name and ID.
  • Maximum number of concurrent calls for the group trunk group (Group, Inbound, and Outbound).
  • Bursting status.
  • Burst rate (Total, Inbound, and Outbound).
  • Trunk Group Forward Always setting and target.
  • Trunk Group Unreachable Destination setting and target.
  • Trunk Group Destination Unreachable timer.
  • Number of assigned trunk call routing schemes.

 

To create a Group Trunk Group Inventory Report

  1. From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click REPORTS in the main menu bar. (See Create a New Report.) The Enterprise Reports view of the Reports page appears.
  2. Click New Reports.
  3. Click Group Trunk Group Inventory Report. The Group Trunk Group Inventory Report page appears.
  4. To the right of Group, select All groups or Specific group(s).
    • If you selected Specific group(s), click Find Group(s) to select groups. The Find Group(s) window opens.
    • To select the groups you want to generate a Group Trunk Group Inventory report for, check the boxes to the right of the group names.
    • To find specific groups, use the Search tool.
    • To select all groups on the current page, check Select Current Page. To select groups from all pages, check Select All Pages.
  5. When you're finished selecting groups, click Done.
  6. At the right of Group Trunk Group, select All group trunk group(s) or Specific group trunk group(s).
    • If you selected Specific group trunk group(s), click Find Trunk(s) to select group trunk groups. The Find Group Trunk Group window opens.
    • To the right of the group trunk group names, check the boxes for the group trunk groups you want to generate a Group Trunk Group Inventory report for.
    • Use the Search tool to find specific group trunk groups.
    • To select all group trunk groups on the current page, check Select Current Page. To select group trunk groups from all pages, check Select All Pages.
  7. When you're finished selecting group trunk group(s), click Done.
  8. Click Generate Report. After the report is created, you can access it in the Enterprise Reports view of the Reports page.
    • If your enterprise contains fewer than 200 groups or 1,000 phone numbers, the report is available for 2 days.
    • If your enterprise contains more than 200 groups or 1,000 phone numbers, the report is available for 35 days.
