User Glossary

The terms listed in this glossary are general to AT&T Voice DNA® users. Note that you might not have access to all the features described here.

Which features are available to you depends on many things, including:

  • Your phone's make and model.
  • Your organization's policies or restrictions.
  • Your feature package (Standard, Enhanced, or Premium).
  • Whether you have a voice mailbox (available with Enhanced and Premium packages only).
  • Your membership in a hunt group (for calls coming in to the hunt group's number).
  • Your phone number appearing on another user's line keys.
  • Whether you have access to the AT&T Voice DNA User Dashboard (available with Enhanced and Premium packages only).

24-Hour Call Log

A list of the calls made, received, and missed by your number in the last 24 hours. The log appears on your AT&T Voice DNA Dashboard in the Recent Calls tile.

90-Day Call Log

A list of the calls made, received, and missed by your number in the last 90 days. The log appears on the Logs page of the AT&T Voice DNA website in the Calls tab.
