AT&T Voice DNA® User Support

Overview

With AT&T Voice DNA®, you can create personal speed dial codes to quickly dial frequently called numbers. Create personal speed dial codes by selecting a speed dial code and associating the number dialed by this code. All personal speed dials codes must begin with the pound (#) sign. You can add up to 93 personal speed dial codes.

To create personal speed dial codes from the Voice DNA User Dashboard, see To add personal speed dial codes. To add personal speed dial codes directly from your phone, enter *75 and, after you hear a tone, enter the two-digit speed dial code, the number the code dials, and the pound sign (#).

Note: The Voice DNA User Dashboard prevents you from using a personal speed dial code that’s currently designated as a feature access code, including #58, #70, #72, #73, #76, #77, and #92. If you create a speed dial code from your phone and the code you enter is a designated feature access code, the speed dial code overrides the feature access code.

View, Add, Edit, and Delete Personal Speed Dial Codes

To view your personal speed dial codes

1. Open the AT&T Voice DNA User Dashboard. For help with this step, see Log In.
2. Click SETTINGS, and then click Speed Dial immediately below. The Speed Dial page appears, showing your speed dial codes, the phone number each code dials, and a unique description.

To add personal speed dial codes

1. Open the AT&T Voice DNA User Dashboard.
2. Click SETTINGS, and then click Speed Dial immediately below. The Speed Dial page appears.

   

3. Click Create Speed Dial. The Create Speed Dial page appears.

   

4. Select a speed dial code, enter a description, and enter the phone number associated with this code. Note: To search the Company Directory, click Find Number.
5. Click Create. The Speed Dial Details page appears.
6. Create another speed dial code, or click Back to all Speed Dials to return to your list of speed dial codes.

To edit a personal speed dial code

1. Open the AT&T Voice DNA for User Dashboard. For help with this step, see Log In.
2. Click SETTINGS, and then click Speed Dial immediately below. The Speed Dial page appears, showing your speed dial codes, the phone numbers associated with the codes, and a description.
3. To edit a speed dial code, do one of the following:
4. In the Speed Dial Code column, click the code that you want to edit. The Speed Dial Details page appears. To change the description or phone number, click Edit, make your changes, and click Save.
5. In the Speed Dial Code column, click the Edit icon for the speed dial code you want to edit. Change the description or phone number, and then click Save.

To delete a personal speed dial code

1. Open the AT&T Voice DNA for User Dashboard. For help with this step, see Log In.
2. Click SETTINGS, and then click Speed Dial immediately below. The Speed Dial page appears, showing your speed dial codes, the phone numbers associated with the codes, and a description.
3. To delete a speed dial code, click for the code you want to delete.
