Manage User Dashboard Settings

  • Manage Virtual Office—Set up your AT&T Voice DNA service so that you can place and receive calls from alternate locations.
  • About Selective Criteria—Set up selective criteria that you can use for Locate Me, Call Notify, and Priority Alert (if these features have been activated for you by your AT&T Voice DNA Administrator).
  • Manage Locate Me Settings—Determine how to treat a call that comes in while your phone is busy or if you don't answer, and set additional numbers that you want to ring (in order or all once) when your AT&T Voice DNA number is called.
  • Manage Voicemail Settings—View your voicemail capabilities and set up email alerts for different types of voice messages. Available only if you have a voicemail box.
  • Manage Schedules—Set up personal schedules that you can use within selective criteria for the Locate Me, Call Notify, and Priority Alert features (if they've been activated for you by your AT&T Voice DNA Administrator).
  • Manage Call Notify Settings—Set up call notification criteria and specify the email address where you want to be notified when you get calls matching the specified criteria.
  • Manage Priority Alert Settings—Set up selective criteria for when you want to receive special ringtone alerts for incoming calls that match the specified criteria.
  • Manage Miscellaneous Feature Settings—Manage a variety of features, such as Call Waiting and Anonymous Call Rejection. Only the features activated for you by your AT&T Voice DNA Administrator are listed.
  • Manage Call Reject Settings—Set selective criteria rules that cause specific incoming calls to be rejected.
  • Manage Speed Dial Settings—Create personal speed dial codes to quickly dial frequently called numbers.
