Overview

 

You access AT&T Voice DNA® from the AT&T Premier home page.

 

When you set up your AT&T Voice DNA account, register for a Premier account. If you already have a Premier account as an AT&T Voice DNA Administrator, you'll need to link your new account to your existing account.

 

Register Your Premier and AT&T Voice DNA Accounts

 

Whether you're new to Premier or have an existing Premier account, you must verify your email address and register your accounts. 

To activate a Premier account created for you

  1. Open the registration email.
  2. Click validate your email address, or copy and paste the login URL into your browser. The Premier registration page appears.
  3. Do one of the following:
    1. If you don’t already have a AT&T Business login or want to create a separate login for the Customer Portal, see Separate AT&T Business login.
    2. If you want to link your Customer Portal to an existing AT&T Business login, continue to step 4.
  4. On the Choose an option screen, select Yes, link to an existing username and then click Continue.
  5. Log into Premier with the username and password you want to link the new account to.
  6. In the Wireless number field, enter the wireless number you’d like associated with your profile. It will be used for authentication purposes.
    Note: This should not be your AT&T IP Flexible Reach number.
  7. Review the Terms and Conditions, and then check the box next to I have read and agree to the AT&T Terms and Conditions.
  8. If you’d like the browser to be a trusted browser, check the box next to Remember this device (optional).
  9. Click Continue.
  10. Click OK.

 

You’ll get an email from AT&T confirming your registration is complete.

 

To activate a Premier account created for you

  1. If you see the Choose an option screen, select No, create a new username and then click Continue, otherwise go to step 3.
  2. In the Username field, enter a username for this login and then click Continue.
    Note: AT&T recommends using an email address as the username.
  3. Fill out the following fields:
    1. In the Password field, enter your new password.
    2. In the First name field, enter your first name.
    3. In the Last name field, enter your last name.
    4. In the Wireless number field, enter the wireless number you’d like associated with your profile. It will be used for authentication purposes.
    5. In the Street address field, enter your address.
    6. In the City, State, and Zip Code fields, enter your city, state, and Zip Code.
  4. Review the Terms and Conditions, and then check the box next to I have read and agree to the AT&T Terms and Conditions.
  5. If you’d like the browser to be a trusted browser, check the box next to Remember this device (optional).
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Click OK.

You’ll get an email from AT&T confirming your registration is complete.

 

Log In and Access AT&T Voice DNA

 

Security for AT&T Voice DNA® is provided by Premier, so to access AT&T Voice DNA, you must first log in to Premier.

 

To log in to Premier and access AT&T Voice DNA

  1. Open the Premier Log In page (https://www.wireless.att.com/business).
  2. Enter your Premier username and password, and then click Log In. The AT&T Premier home page appears with your account details.
  3. Click AT&T Voice DNA User Dashboard. The User Dashboard appears.

     

    Note: If you’re also an AT&T Voice DNA Administrator, the AT&T Premier home page shows your AT&T Voice DNA Administrator information with the added link, Manage My Phone, which takes you to your AT&T Voice DNA User Dashboard.

Your AT&T Voice DNA User Dashboard opens in a new browser window. Your Premier session remains active in its own window. After 15 minutes of inactivity, your Premier session asks if you want to keep it active or close it. You can choose to keep it active, close it, or let it expire. It's not necessary to stay logged in to Premier to continue working with AT&T Voice DNA. After 8 hours of inactivity, your AT&T Voice DNA User Dashboard session times out and closes the browser window.

 

Recover Your Premier Username or Password

 

If you've forgotten your Premier username or password, you can request a reset from the Premier Log In page.

 

To recover a forgotten username or password

  1. Open the Premier Log In page (https://www.wireless.att.com/business).

     

    Note: The link is in the registration email you received when your Premier account was created.
  2. To recover your username, click username in Forgot your username or password? Follow the instructions to recover your username.
  3. To recover your password, click password in Forgot your username or password? Follow the instructions to reset your password.

 

Log Off from Premier

 

When you finish working with AT&T Voice DNA®, close the browser window. If your Premier session is still active, click Logout at the top-right of the page.
