Overview

 

As an AT&T Voice DNA® Administrator, you'll find the tools you need to manage your organization on the AT&T Voice DNA Administrator Dashboard. For help accessing the Dashboard, see Log In.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

About Admin Dashboard 1 

 

Tiles

 

The AT&T Voice DNA® Administrator Dashboard clusters similar functions together in named tiles. Each of the main tiles on the Administrator Dashboard provides links to related features and to other pages that provide access to more features and settings.

 

Use this tile… To do this…

Users

  • View users from all locations or from the selected location, or search for a specific user by name, phone number, or employee ID.
  • Open a user list to view and edit a user's profile, feature package, active features, mailbox status, active dial restrictions, and assigned devices.
  • Create a new user.

Locations

  • View profile information for the selected location.
  • Open a location's page to view and edit that location's profile, administrators, contacts, settings, and equipment.
  • View a list of all locations.
  • Open the locations list to view and edit any location's profile, administrators, contacts, location settings, and equipment.  
  • Access location settings that include custom dial patterns, account codes, location caller ID, location operator, and call park settings.

Hunt Groups

  • View a list of hunt groups for all locations or for the selected location.
  • Open the hunt group list to view and edit a hunt group's profile settings and members.
  • Create a new hunt group.

Phone Number Ranges

  • View phone number ranges for all locations or for the selected location. 
  • Open the phone number list and expand ranges to view individual number details, such as assignment and porting status.

Internal Key Contacts

  • View a list of internal key contacts for all locations or for the selected location.
  • Open the contacts list to view and edit a company or location contact's phone number and email address, choose a different person to be the contact, or delete a location contact.
  • View company contact details.

Administrators

  • View a list of administrators for all locations or for the selected location.
  • Open the administrators list to view a company or location administrator's name, number, wireless number, and email address.
  • If you have permission, click the link in the administrators list to access Premier, where you can create, edit, and delete administrators.

Search Company Directory

  • Search the Company Directory for contact information for any user or hunt group in your AT&T Voice DNA service.

Reports

  • Run reports for your organization or location, or select filter criteria for specific output.

Navigation Bar

 

In addition to the tiles and links listed above, you can access any AT&T Voice DNA® feature by clicking the links on the navigation bar at the top of any page in the AT&T Voice DNA Administrator Dashboard.

 

HOME

Click HOME to open the AT&T Voice DNA Administrator Dashboard. You can access most features by clicking links within the specific tiles (see Tiles, above).

 

In the Select Location field, select a location for all functions that use the "for this Location" setting, such as View Details for this Location or View Hunt Groups for this Location.

About the Administrator Dashboard 

RESOURCES

Click RESOURCES to open additional links to pages from which you can manage all the features listed directly below the navigation bar. For example, to view and manage hunt groups, click RESOURCES, and then click Hunt Groups.

About the Admininistrator Dashboard 

DIRECTORY

Click DIRECTORY to open the Directory page, where you can search for and view all the users and administrators in your organization.

About the Admininistrator Dashboard 

SETTINGS

Click SETTINGS to open additional links to pages from which you can view and manage AT&T Voice DNA feature settings.

About the Admininistrator Dashboard 

MASS MANAGEMENT

Click MASS MANAGEMENT to open the Dial Restrictions page, where you can view dial restriction assignments for your organization. To view, edit, or delete a dial restriction, click its name.

About the Admininistrator Dashboard 

REPORTS

Click REPORTS to open the Reports page, which contains links to all report pages. If some of your reports are very large, the Recent Reports page shows you pending and stored reports that require extended processing.
