AT&T Voice DNA® Administrator Support

Manage Location Custom Music on Hold

Overview

By default, system-defined music plays when calls are on hold or parked. With the Location Custom Music on Hold feature, you can choose different music for all calls on hold and parked calls, or for internal calls (on hold or parked) at a particular location.

Your custom music must be a WAV or WMA file. The maximum file size is 10,000KB, which provides up to 5 minutes of music.
