Inbound Call Detail - Hunt Group Report

 

The Inbound Call Detail – Hunt Group Report provides details about each incoming call handled by the AT&T Voice DNA® hunt groups you manage. The report includes the following:

  • Hunt group name
  • Answering party first and last name
  • Answering party’s location
  • Indication whether the answering party is the final destination (hunt group call forward number) or a hunt group member
  • Called party’s phone number, name, and location (hunt group number or hunt group member’s number)
  • Calling number
  • Date
  • Time (in the time zone you specify)
  • Duration (seconds)

 

To run an Inbound Call Detail – Hunt Group Report

  1. Open the AT&T Voice DNA Administrator Dashboard. (For help with logging in, see Log In.)
  2. At the top of the page, click REPORTS.
  3. On the All Reports page that appears, under Service Usage, click Inbound Call Detail – Hunt Group Report. The Inbound Call Detail – Hunt Group Report page appears.

     

    If your company is very large, you may see a My Recent Reports tab and an All Reports tab on the Reports page. To run a new report, click All Reports, and then click the report name. To view your pending and saved reports, click My Recent Reports. (For more information, see Manage Reports.)
  1. Specify the report’s time frame:
    • For one day, select Single Day and enter the date in the format shown, or click the Calendar and select a date.
    • For a range of days, select Date Range and enter the appropriate dates in the format shown, or click the Calendar and select beginning and ending dates.

     

  2. From the Time Zone list, select the time zone in which you want the report times displayed. If your organization has more than one location, the default is UTC (Coordinated Universal Time, also called Greenwich Mean Time). If you have only one location, the default is the location’s time zone. You can select any time zone for your report.
  3. Specify the location for the report:
    • To include all locations, select All Locations.
    • To include specific locations, select Specific Locations, and then select the locations from the list.
  4. Specify the hunt group for the report:
    • To include all hunt groups, select All hunt groups in the company.
    • To include all hunt groups belonging to a particular location, select Hunt groups in selected locations, and then select All Hunt Groups in selected locations.
    • To include specific hunt groups at one location, select Hunt groups in selected locations, and then select Specific Hunt Groups in selected location. Then specify the hunt groups you want in the list that appears.
  5. Click Generate Report. In the report confirmation window that opens, click Download Report (CSV).
  6. In the File Download window that opens, click Open to view the results in your spreadsheet application, or click Save to save the results as a text file on your computer.

     

    Note: For larger companies or data sets, the report may not run immediately. Instead, a confirmation message appears, telling you to check the My Recent Reports tab for the report.
