External Applications

 

External applications are add-ons to the AT&T Voice DNA® service that enable users to control basic functions of the AT&T Voice DNA User Dashboard without opening it. As an Administrator, you control users' access to external applications. For example:

 

AT&T Voice DNA Receptionist

AT&T Voice DNA Receptionist is an external application.

  • Manage Receptionist

    Company receptionists and front-office workers can use the Receptionist application to monitor the phone status of up to 200 selected users. As an Administrator, you enable an AT&T Voice DNA user to access Receptionist, and then you manage that receptionist's monitored-users list.
